CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit All appointments require a $30-$50 deposit online to secure your booking. Deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. The deposit serves as the cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled or no-show. Payments All payments accepted— Tap, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay Cancellations/Reschedules Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or no-show will result in a non-refundable deposit. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within the same month. The deposit will transfer to the first rescheduled appointment only. Late Fee Clients have a 15 min grace period if running late. A $15 late fee will be required after 15 mins of appointment time. Late arrivals after 30 mins will be canceled, unless discussed with the stylist. Guests To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guest or children unless they’re also being serviced. Parking Parking is free and will be validated upon arrival. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
